Laser Welding
Sub-assemblies are unthinkable without welded connections. We already added the laser welding technology to conventional welding techniques more than 20 years ago. In recent years we have invested strongly in this area.
Our services include:
- Production of small series and sample parts with a Trumpf manual laser
- Welding of various assembly series with Trumpf solid-state lasers, performance 2/4 KW, with 5-Axis NC-programmable booth and Trumpf turn table
- Design and manufacture of product specific fastening devices with integrated sensors/camera technology
- Fusing different materials as for example aluminum, steel and stainless steel with a material thickness of 0.3–4 mm.
- Deep penetration welding of up to 3 mm.
- Laser spot-welded joints via scanner optical connection with stamping and bending tools
- Resistance welding on stand-alone machines or on our production machines in metal processing
- Ultrasound welding with plastic injection molding machines
- In-house laboratory for the inspection of welding seams
